How do I return unwanted or unsuitable items?

If you changed your mind about the item you have bought from us online, you can return it to us for a refund (the initial delivery charge are non-refundable) or an exchange within 30 days from the date of dispatch. 

Items must be sent back in a reasonable condition and earrings can't be returned. 

To return an online purchase by post, just follow these instructions: 

Contact us through the contact page, detailing which item(s) you are returning, the quantity, and the reason for your return. Please, take this package to the nearest post office to return it. We strongly recommend that you use a secure or trackable method of postage, recorded or special delivery, and that you keep hold of your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition remain your responsibility. 

We'll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be credited back through your Paypal account. Delivery charges are non-refundable. 

The item I received is faulty. What should I do?
